Strategy

Our strategy is simple. We work hard to

source quality transactions that are "off the

radar screen" for most institutional investors.

We accomplish this by focusing on

opportunities that are too large for most

private buyers, but are too small for most large

institutions.  In addition we target

opportunities that often do not support any

leverage at the time of acquisition, requiring

100% equity to close.
